The company believes that this program can strengthen the company's plans in the future, especially in the field of human resources which aims to improve their ability and work competencies of each employee personnel. This program is carried out from June 2018 to June 2019 which is divided into 3 stages of implementation. Stages 1 and 2 regarding the Strategic Session (Appreciative Inquiry) & People Strategy Roadmap Development with the aim of producing people strategies needed by the company in achieving business goals in the next 5 years and stage 3 regarding Advisory Programs conducted as many as 12 sessions with the implementation in the form of 2 days Every month, to monitor and evaluate the implementation of People Roadmap that has been made. The Closing Ceremony Program was held at the company on June 22, 2019, attended by all board of directors and representatives from PT Daya Dimension Indonesia
